next invoice date in service contract invoice

Hi all,

I have a problem in generating invoice in service contract. invoice date is always at the beginning of the month (for prepaid) or end of the month (for non prepaid). is it possible to change this? as the contract might be started in mid of the month hence invoice date should be mid of the month if it's prepaid contract.
please advise..

I think there isn’t any standard way of achieving this, you must add to customization.
A single way of doing this might be adding a new field to service contract of type dateformula. In this new field you should inform how many days you want to add to beginning contract day.
When generating service contract you could generated posting date with dataformula field.
