I assume it should be DOMAIN\username.
Why do you want to go incognito? are you trying to hide something? it is useless, you are logging as some user, whatever you do can be traced.0 -
Hi @txeriff because i want to access web service via postman
so i am not sure what is the user id to be used...
my email : myname@mydomain.com
or domain id : azuread\myname
both are failed0 -
when not using incognito go to users and check there the user ids. Are you only the user?
Usually if onprem assuming you have done the installation on your own PC then user will be your pc name \ your windows name. Check your computer name.
You could run 'whoamai' command on command prompt to get your current user.United Kingdom0 -
i use whoami
it show as azuread\myname
in users also azuread
but when i login in incognito, it failed

What password do you put in? Same as the one you use for login? its BC140-Dalstech or BC140 instance name?United Kingdom0

if you are using PIN password for PC login that wouldnt work, you need to use the actual password of the windows login for your userUnited Kingdom0

yeah i login using PIN... it doesnt work because of this?0

I´m not on cloud based NAV but I tried with the web client and it worked fine (incognito mode), in firefox and microsoft edge. I just typed my usual login details (windows).
could it be some restriction to incognito mode in nav setup?0 -
yes i can see it was a local web client
no problems logging in incognito mode in chrome as well for me. I dont think there would be any restrictions
