I really want to know if Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-premise but deployed on Azure has the capability to get Apps from Microsoft Appsource?
Anyone who has done any work around to get this done can please assist.

If you run a OnPrem (either on Azure,Hosted or on your own server) it is still a OPrem installation
