Cannot login to Business Central mobile app after first login

Hi,

When I restart IIS, I can login to BC mobile client in first attempt. But when I close app and try to connect again, app cannot connect to the server. This is valid for all users. First login is ok but further attempts always fail unless I restart IIS.

Authentication is windows and certificate is from a trusted authority. I tried with a domain user and a local user but result is always same. Also tried several authentication combination on IIS but nothing changed. This issue only occurs on mobile, web client works as expected.

Does anyone have an idea about that?

    Please check the Windows Event Viewer on the Nst machine en webserver machine for errors and warnings. More information should be listed there.

    Maybe the server hangs or crashes after you logged in because of some rare error in the page you opened. Try to connect the Microsoft Cronus database and see if that makes a difference. If so, the cause lies somewhere in your BC database.
