Divide by Zero Exception when Adjusting Exchange Rates

Hi,
we use Dynamics BC for international consolidation. Our Indian Office's financial data I just import from Quickbooks (Import every booking at the end of the month). I use USD as the additional currency as it simplifies reporting via PowerBI.
When I want to Adjust Exchange Rates I get a divide by zero exception. When I debug, the reason is VAT EntryNoTotal being zero
Did I miss setup steps?
