BC Task Scheduler Retry Flow

Hello all together.
Our company is in the process of upgrading from NAV 2009 R2 to Business Central. I was looking into the Task Scheduler and came across the following. Under certain conditions (e.g. table lock) a task is restarted ("Retry Flow" or "Retry Process"). The first time after two minutes, then after four minutes and from then on after 15 minutes.
My question is: Where do these values come from? And can they be adjusted?
