How to handle manual consumption WITHOUT picking.

Hi Guys,

I have a customer that produces beer. The location is set up for picking so they can pick based on FEFO.

On every production order they need to record how many liters of beer was used to produce, say 5000 bottles of beer and then register this on the production order. Sometimes they use 2045 liters, sometimes 2095...basically it varies from time to time. They do not want to issue pick tickets and the beer is feed straight into the machine via a pipe. They can then look at a measure to see the amount of beer that was used.

How would you set this up in terms of Flushing method?

Backwards: If I choose backwards, I don't have to pick (yay!) but then when finishing the order, it wants to consume whatever is on the component lines (I don't want it to automatically consume what is on the component lines as I want to record this manually).

Manual: If I choose manual, I'm forced to issue pick-tickets. But I don't want to pick the beer!

Any ideas?
