We are operating out of Microsoft NAV Dynamics 2013R2.

Hello, of our users cannot access to their output journals.
She entered a line with incorrect production order by mistake, did not noticed until she tried to post and wasn't allowed. However, the this order was being finished in a 2nd user's journal about the same time. When the first user tried to go back to the line to delete and change to correct production order, the journal simply opened and shows a warning but we cannot delete lines or anything. Below is a screen shot of the warning. Any ideas how to fix this?

You can not post entries to finished production order.

Correct, the production order was entered by mistake in the output journal lines. However, the line stayed there for a moment and when she tried to delete, the journal was "locked" it shows the warning I sent before and does not let us do anything because it closes itself. Is there a way we can delete this line not via the journal? as we are not able to open..?

Try to change production order to some exists with released status and delete line afterwards.
