Business Notification Startup problem

When I run the Navision Business Notification, it asked me to enter the server name where the schemes are located, even I entered 127.0.0.1, or localhost, or the computer and click 'Connect', there was an error message "The program cannot connect to the server XXXXX due to an internal server error. Please contact your system administrator."

XXXXX = 127.0.0.1 or localhost or computer name

What should I do in order to solve this problem ?

    If you are running the client tool, you must enter the name of PC, where you installed the BN Server...

    Because this is a testing environment, I installed the Navision Server, Navision Client and the Navision Business Notification Server in the same Windows XP Computer.

    So I think I need to enter localhost or 127.0.0.1, but it doesn't work.

    Did you change the Account, under which the BN service is running??? Did you checked event log?

    I think it is related to the OS version, I can now connect to BN Server when I installed all things on Windows Server 2003.
