I don't know if it is possible, but I know it is not necessary, because the DB-services of Navision request VERY FEW processor-power. I noticed that when the DB is working very hard, meaning the disks go like mad and can't keep up with the data arriving, so the data gets into the COMMIT-cache, the processor is still doing almost nothing.

The native database does not use multiple processors. In fact I remember a benchtest that Navision did a few years ago. The results seem to indicate that the native database was actually slower on a multi-processor machine (only about 10-15%). I will see if I can track down the test document.
