Extension disappearing from user menu

Hello,

I'm having problems with an extension in version 2018. Sometimes it disappears from the RTC menu (it's always visible from extension management) and the only way to make it visible for the users again is to restart the service tier.
It disappears from all users (both super and other types of users).

Does someone have a solution for this problem?

    Set ApplicationArea to All for all the pages and fields.
