HI there

i am looking for a project plan to use for a fresh D365 implementation project plan please or any documents welcome

    Hi Sue,

    Here are the steps to follow for a new D365 F&O implementation, using the general phases applicable to Lifecycle Services (LCS):

    Initiation & Planning
    Fit-Gap / Requirement Gathering
    Solution Design (FDD/T
    Build & Configuration
    Data Migration
    Testing (SIT & UAT)
    Training
    Go Live & Hypercare

    One can also do this in MS Project with a WBS for each of the modules (finance, SCM, projects, etc.). LCS also has good template and tracking options.
