Location Code and Requisition Worksheet

HI Mibuso members,
I'm running into an issue with my Business central On-Cloud instance.
When I run a requisition worksheet the PO's do not include the location code in the header.
It use to do this automatically but now it selects the default company address.
I checked my company info and vendor card but those are both blank and do not have location codes setup.
How would I fix this?
