we are trying to deploy NAV 2018 Web Server Components in a Three Computer Environment and we are stuck with a blue screen showing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and after some minutes it gives an error 'Sorry, that didn't work. An error has occurred'
Some points to note
- On the same setup there is already a BC web instance which is working fine
- We are able to access NAV2018 through the App but not through a browser!
Can you please shed some light on what could be wrong?

Start IIS. Check the event log. Attempt a Web client connection. Check the event log.
