The settings for the shortcuts and so on are stored in the table "User Menu Level".
There you will find an entry for that user.
You can now...
... change the User ID to <empty> so this setting are valid for all users
... copy and paste the entry and change the user id, so this setting are valid for this / these users as well.

but in the shortcut of this user I have 10 shortcuts to form inside Navision.
My questions are:
- the shortcuts to function internal to NAV are not saved?
- version 5.0 has changed?
- haven't I understood?
