Extension development: access to file located in the extension folder

Hi to everyone,

I'm working with version 14 of business central on premise and with extension al development runtime 3.2.

Is there a way to access files within the application folder during runtime?

In particular I would like to access a xml file located in the application folder and put it in a BLOB field during the install of the the extension as part of a setup, but uploadintostream doesn't seem to work...

Is there a standard way to do this?
