How to keep the order of the columns on the form

Hi,

The users have customized the sales order subform to their own preference. (they changed the order of the columns)
But every day when they log in to the system, they get the default order, even if they have changed the form before.
We use NAV 4.

Any advice on this.

It sound like they are losing their zup file. Do you have a specified location of the zup files?
