Warehouse recepit from Transfer order

Good morning,

I have an issue creating the warehouse recepit from Transfer Order action ribbon: once filled in all the required fields and clicking on the "warehouse receipt " button, any window opens, while clicking on the "warehouse shipment" button works perfectly.
Could it depend on the Locations settings? Am I doing something wrong in the process?

Did you created the Warehouse Receipt first?
You must be user in that location where you re tying to receive.
