Open Excel File Saved by reporting services, on BC14

Good Morning
I can't open Excel files saved in xlsx format from Reporting services, it gives the attached error
ExcelBuffer.OpenBook fails
If I open the file manually with Excel and save it in xlsx format then the OpenBook does not give an error
Anyone know if something can be done?
