Barcodes not printing properly

Hi,
On the Picking Slip, the Sales Order No. is printed in a Barcode Format 'BC C39 3 to 1 Narrow'
Font (Size 24). Sometimes the Barcode is displayed, but sometimes it prints the Sales Order No (Figures).
Can someone tell me why the Printing of Barcodes is not consistent? The Printer is a Xerox one.

you have to install the barcode font 'BC C39 3 to 1 Narrow' on every PC you want to print from.
If the font is not installed Navision will replace the barcode with the default font.

Yes, I have all the Fonts for the Barcodes.
It does not work properly when it deals with the batch print of Picking Slips.
Why is that somes Picking Slip in the batch do not have the Bar Code Printed. IS it a NF Problem or a printer Problem.
