adding blank Line in custom report/

Hi all,
I have one issue in NAV report. I want to add blank lines in body of report when records are less than 4 then body filled with blank lines so total design of layout remain same.i have tried some solution but it didn't work for me please tell me how to achieve same

The best way to achieve this it to go ahead with the background Images.

@mdsr - In the body section of Report attach a background Image with all the lines as you want.

You want to achieve this line we have in Sales Invoice Report of the previous Classiv version right??

I got the same request couple of years back and I found this as the best solution which worked for all cases.
