Hyperlinks?

Any know if it's possible to create some kind of hyperlinked text? For example, in the comments of an Item, we'd like to be able to have a link to a file on our network fileserver. This way a sales person can click and read that document easily.

I didn't think it was possible without some custom programming, but I told 'em I'd ask you guys.
