How to change To Approve and Details value in Approval Entries page during sent approval Request?

Dear All,
I want to flow customise value (To Approve and Details) in the Approval Entries page on the time of sent approval request.
I want to show Document Type+ OrderNo+ Status+Vendor No. & Name in the To Approve field. and In details I want to show Vendor Address.
