Given a date, return an array of last 13 months.
Example 1, given date is 10th of April 2020 (10/04/2020)
Array Returned with
01/04/2020 10/04/2020 01/03/2020 31/03/2020 01/02/2020 29/02/2020 01/01/2020 31/01/2020 ....... 01/04/2019 30/04/2019
Example 2, given date is 18th of Feb 2018 (18/02/2018)
Array Returned with
01/02/2018 18/02/2018 01/01/2018 31/01/2018 01/12/2017 31/12/2017 ..... 01/02/2016 29/02/2016
