Could not attach file to post

Hello all,

Fairly new user to the forum although I've browsed often. I had a question about the Page events OnFindRecord and OnNextRecord. I had found an old post that demonstrated how to use them together to allow runtime record selection based on a user defined boolean function, but I couldn't get it to work quite right. I created a simple document page with a list part and wanted to attach them to my post to demonstrate the issue I was having, but it would not allow me to upload my file. I tried exported text files, fob files and zip files. Have I unwittingly violated attachment guidelines? I couldn't find anything related to posting attachments.

When you click <Attach File> a file selection window pops up and shows you the filetypes that are allowed. And no, txt,fob,zip files are not allowed.
But you can paste a txt file in the post window.
