Automatic navision back up

Hello,
Can anybody tell me whether there is a way to make the navision back up in a night run or something like that.
We use a version 2.60g and a c/side database.
So we do not need a hotcopy from the database, but a real navision back up, which can be started at a certain time, with parameters added as "Including application objects" and the location where it can be saved.
If anybody knows, please let me know.....
