How to know which table extends a TableExtension

Howdy.

Good morning.

I need a piece of code to know a tableextension which table extends.
I have code for OnPremise with the table "NAV App Object Metadata" but in SaaS this table is not allowed.

Does anyone know how can I achieve this for an App type Extension, not Internal?
