Business Notification Installation problem

Hi
I tried to install Business notification a lot of times but I receive the same error when it is configuring Database.

This is the error

"Extra proc data creation failed"

Anybody know what is it ??

I tried to install Business Not. but it didn't work. has anyone some tricks or smth like that? I have read many times the documentation from the instalation cd but I guess I missed something. I've installed everything, setup all that I thoght about, but it doesn't send mails. :?
