Business Central 140 CU9 - Issue with SignalR

Hi
We are seeing alot of SignalR messages in relation to poor performance with BC140CU9 WebClient
Anyone experiencing the same or know what the issue is ?
Prod.Client.WebCoreApp.ReliableMessagingHubMiddleware
SignalR. Large count of messages in the queue (50).
We cannot see any direct performance issues to server resources, both on app and sql server.
