NAV 2018 All standard and customized reports Printing blank Pages on Printer on citrix enviorment

in NAV Three Tier
Nav 2018 all report (customized and standard both) some printer printing blank pages on citrix environment.
Printers are below.
- Users with the HP LaserJet Pro MFP m521dn Cannot print this report,
- Users with the HP LaserJet Pro MFP m428fdw Cannot print this report
- Users with the HP LaserJet Pro MFP m426fdw Cannot print this report

However – users who printing to the Konica/Minolta BizHub C308 series printers with PCL 6 and HP PageWide Pro 477DW MFP have no problem.
Printers are on network not locally.

If we preview report and save it as pdf and then print it perfectly works.

Please suggest why we are facing this printing issue and how we can resolve this.
