Integration between NAV BC15 and Web application

Hi.
We have a web based frontend (.Net), that communicates with a NAV BC15 through web services. There are on the same SQL server. We would now like to have the two systems in sync regarding some kind of user task-list (Do task 1, 2, 3 and 4) and notes incl. attachment. Any input on how we best to do that ? Powerapp,, Common tables, Sync., Save in one system and update from both systems.
