Upload File without dialog box on Web Client

Hi,

Is it possible to upload client file without showing dialog box to import file again? I'm using this to upload file to azure blob storage directly when user add file in record links.

Only on serverside. So if the files are stored somewhere where NST can get them, then it is possible.
