Where did the license generator move to?

Hi all,

I've been away from the NAV world for a bit and haven't logged in to partnersource for a year or so. I understand there has been a transition from partnersource to partner center and I can log in to that, but I can't find the license generator any more to create a fresh developer license.
Can someone give me directions, please?

It is still on partnersource, it has not been moved yet :-)

Log in to https://businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com and select Development tools from the menu

Thanks! I thought this site would be down, because after the login I always get "Server Error in '/' Application". Is it working for you right now?
