Thai Characters appear as SQUARES in SSRS reports

Hi,
I am using NAV2017, running on SQL SERVER 2016 SP2, on Windows 10 Pro.

When I create a new report, using the font Segoe UI, Thai characters in the report appear as squares.

However, existing NAV standard report that uses Segoe UI font did not have this problem. However, existing NAV reports that uses the Segoe UI font, have a weird font spacing.

I tested and some fonts like Tahoma work with Thai characters. And the report does not print squares for Thai characters if Tahoma font is used. But I would rather not do this, and stick to the standard Segoe UI font used in all standard NAV reports.

Thanks for the info. But this would mean that all NAV Existing report fonts have to be changed too? Because all NAV standard uses the font Segoe UI.

Actually, I found a work around. You need to install a Windows 7, and extract the Segoe fonts from Windows 7 font folder, then install it in your current server that runs SSRS. So far I tried with Windows 10 Pro and it works.
