Timeline for implementing EDI

Hello,
We have EDI Lanham integrated with NAV 2013 R2. It's all empty, no EDI Partner yet. So, the implementing EDI would go from scratch. What could be an approximate timeline for implementing it to go live and from where to get a possible EDI partner list? Or somebody could recommend one?

This is a bit like asking:
"how much would take me go to mars. Give me an estimate in time and money, thanks"

Nobody can give you an estimate without having a look to the technical docs. However, you can expect couple or 3 months of dev. Google for MS partner list.5
