Hi
In NAV 2018 is there any way force a purchase approval for all users? ie every purchase order requires approval regardless of the amount.

Hello, where you select the User ID in Approval User Setup, you can select User Groups too. You just need to Assign everyone to the same user group. You can add Approvals to a different user group, so you dont need to add every user individually.
