how to enable "request a read receipt" when sending email via CU400 SMTP Mail

Hi Expert,

Version : NAV2009SP1 classic client
I am ok for sending email to users via SMTP mail CU400, may I know
1. how to enable "request a read receipt"
2. As the sender is a generic account, how can I specify another email account for receiving those "read receipt" feedback
