National Account Functionality

Is anyone aware of any ISV add-on's for National Account functionality in Navision 4.0. This would be similar to the functionality in Great Plains where there is a parent/child relationship among particular customer accounts to faciliate the posting of a cash receipt from the parent company against the individual ledgers of the children.
