error sending email via external web service

Hi Experts!!
NAV 2009 SP1
Upon receiving the request from an external WS we need an email sent.
When executing the code from the WS it always gives the same error
"Error while executing messaging codeunit for App PASARELA. Details: This message is for C/AL programmers: The call to member Send failed: Method 'Microsoft.Navision.Mail.SmtpMessage.Send' not found..."
If we execute the code from NAV there is no problem and it is sent perfectly.
