my queries are not answered

Hi Friends,

I am noticing, only my queries are not answered since 6 months.

needed an advice or reason.

my be query not clear, or i may have violated terms, i dont know, am in dark.

Currently there's over 1600 unanswered posts in the site, some are from 2015. So, it's not specifically your posts.

People on the forum reply to posts mostly in their free time or when they have a minute to look at the topics.
So it might be that your topics aren't noticed or that people don't know the answer to it or that it takes so long to answer so they skip it.
If you want to be guaranteed to have an answer, the best way is to open a ticket with Microsoft.

@kmkaot - Never have these sort of feelings, we all are family here and every one is willing to help one another in any possible, there might be a chances you have noticed that couple of your questions are not answered but its just merely a coincidence.
