Configuration File Error

in NAV Three Tier
Hi There,

Does this error message look famliliar to any of you ?

It happens only when a particular user tries to get into NAV. They're on NAV 2016 version.

    Hello drmjh,
    have you checked the ClientUserSettings.config? (You can copy that file from another user, where it's working)
    -> C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\<NavVersion>
