Clearing of WIP account (MNF 2.60)

I am experiencing problems with the clearing of the WIP account when running the Adjust cost - Item entries and Post inventory costs to G/L batch jobs. There are still some item ledger entries of 4 to 6 months ago that is not flagged as "cost is adjusted" although it has been established that they are fully invoiced. Any ideas?
