When a certain user opens the customer card (page 21) of a certain customer and then opens the job list (page 89) NAV closes immediately without any messages.
What could be the reason for this?
If i'm doing the same there is no problem.
I would start by deleting the users personalized. If that does not do the trick I would check that it actual is the user that is crashing NAV, I would do this by running the running the client on a different machine but with the credentials of the users which crashes NAV.
But what does the eventviewer on the client and server site say when the user is crashing?
