Date and Time Field corrupt?

Hey guys, so we've had problems with the table 405 ( change log entry )... it has been inserting the wrong time since the beginning (-1h) ... even though it shows let's say 3am when i open the table in navision, the actual entry is 2am ( that's what SQL is saying ) ...is it possible that the field itself is just corrupt ? The table did also have a corrupt index in the past....
i would create a new field and swap the data around but with 600 mio. entries that's not really an option.
cheers.

SQL saves dates in UTC. NAV converts it back to local time.2
