SMTP in BC365 Saas

in NAV Three Tier
Hi everyone,


I'm trying to configure an o365 account (used as a maiol account also) into my BC365 Saas instance. I'm configuring like this:

But when trying to send the confirmation e-mail, I get this error:

I'm looking the different exchange configurations, but everything seem to be enabled. I'm trying to get quite desperate, because this should be quite automatic to setup....

    instead of smtp.office365.com use
    betea-coop.mail.protection.outlook.com

    Hello Binesh,

    Thanks for your answer, but the SMTP server you've indicated still not working.
    Anyway, I added a gmail account and worked correclty, and I realized that it may be because of the BC365 license is a trial one, and the mail account is related to that trial.
