Merging problem

Hi All,
Im facing a problem when i do Merging from Navision 3.60 to 4.0

Error message :
The specified table(Item Department) is different from the table the form uses(static time Setup)

Hope guys all can look into it and give me some opinion on this error.

Enable debugger, look to point, where it stop. If it is some C/AL code, it will be calling some form with record parameter, which is not same table as the form uses. If it is not C/AL code, it is some property on table (or somewhere) where is set some form which is using other table than the system is trying to open...
