How can I fix "The application can only be accessed using a secure connection (HTTPS)" message ?

Hi Everyone,

We are struggling to get the MS Dynamics Universal app working as we receive the message as mentioned in the question / title.
This message only appears when using the MS Dynamics Universal app.

When we use a browser (on the same devices, which have IOS) we can succesfully connect and use MS Dynamics NAV 2016.

The setup is as follows:
https://External IP / Address:8080 --> Citrix Netscaler --> http://Internal IP:8080

The Citrix Netscaler is used to offload the SSL traffic, the certificates are therefore also installed on the Citrix Netscaler.

When the traffic "returns", this is the otherway around:
http:// Internal IP:8080 --> Citrix Netscaler --> https://External IP:8080

I have tried to find the reason for the message for several days now but cannot find anything.

Maybe someone here have had the same ?
