can not open business cental on browser

HI all ,
i have created package and deploy on local server successfully .but when it opens in browser it will show only logo of business central.and nothing will happens after that why it not showing web client of BC.

I have the same issue.

I have converted our BC140 solution from C\AL to AL and merged the objects with the objects of the BC150 base application. I resolved all error and successfully created a new base application.
I then followed the steps from the upgrade procedure and uninstalled the base app from the BC150 demo database and then successfully published and synchronized the new base app.
