Connection VSCode & BC Database

Hello,
I installed Dynamics NAV BC 13;
I'm trying to connect VSCode to my database but I still have this error message.


For information :
- BC is installed succefuly.
- Service is running

- Below my config :

You don't have "Enable Developer Service Endpoint" enabled, you need that. And if you will want to do mixed development (AL+C/AL), then you should "Enable loading application symbol references at server startup".

From the looks of it, it fails because it doesn't wrap the "user" parameter in quotes (this needs to be done because the user contains spaces in its name).
What if you tried executing the command yourself, by opening up the command line (with admin) and running

netsh http add urlacl url=http://+:7099/BC130 user="NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE"

This should register it manually (assuming you're running the NAV Server Instance as "Network Service") and then you can retry saving again.

But clicking on "Enable Developer Service Endpoint" and try to save I have his message
