data exchange definition for fixed text file

we are in the process of upgrading from NAV 2009 til dynamics 365 business central on premise, I am trying to use standard data exchange definition functionality to import a Fiixed flat text File to General Jurnal, in the old days we make Dataport, Report or whatever, it was strate forward.

My setup for the Datamangmant definition is

My question is: Is there XMLport, Repport an Codeunit for importing a generic fixed flat text files, or its something i have to develope. what are the rouls, i couldnt finde any sourse that explaines he Data Exchange Defintion in detales (Other than what i can finde on microsoft homepage)
